Click the connect button via Telegram or VEX App. You can always access your personal account through the 'Connect' button in the top menu of the website.

What to do if VEX VPN is not working?

Restart your device. If the problem persists, check the traffic limit in your personal account or contact support at to@vex.global or on Telegram @vexsupport.

Do you store my data?

Our strict rule is no logs, we do not know your IP or which country you are from. We do not store any data at all.

Can I manage the VPN?

Management is done through your personal account both on Telegram bot or in VEX App. Here you can check the remaining traffic, see the expiration date, or extend the plan to continue using our service.

For the past three years we funded the project entirely from personal savings, but budget limits now require us to cease operations as of June 1, 2025.
